Fashion Show! A Huge Success!

Fashion Show in Grimsby

It was a week ago that Muse Fashions held their most successful fundraising fashion show in Grimsby to benefit three non-profits in the area. Tickets were sold out way in advance but there were women phoning at the last minute hoping to score a ticket. My jewellery was featured in the show accessorizing Muse’s wonderful fall fashions. Muse owner and manager Pat Van Es decided to use real women as models and all were 50+. What a great idea! And the oldest model, a very beautiful woman was 75 and boy, did she rock the runway. Fantastic at any age – that’s the Muse philosophy. Here are some photos from that exciting event.

The chairs and gift bags are waiting…the Grand Ballroom at the Casablanca Winery Inn.

This model is wearing a multi-strand necklace I designed using different colours of Tagua Nuts. Tagua Nuts are harvested in the rainforest by indigenous people. I love using these nuts, they have a lovely feel to them and people are always intrigued by them.

This necklace is so versatile and looks spectacular with this wonderful green which is a chartreuse green. The model is wearing it long this time.

Jane, an artist and the oldest model in the show is wearing a moonstone necklace with agate pendant. The pendant is removable and can be worn on a chain, and the moonstone necklace worn on its own, or with another pendant.
