Grandfathers: The Native Art Show, January 8- 26, 2014
This theme based group show presents work offering a unique interpretation of the Seven Grandfather Teachings: Love, Honesty, Respect, Truth, Courage, Wisdom and Humility. These Seven Teachings are traditionally used as an outline for moral conduct. We gratefully acknowledge Shaneeka Melanson, First Nations Cree, for proposing this moving theme.
The group of artists are as follows: Jason Jenkins, Maritza Sanchez, Cyril Williams, Barb Nahwegahbow, Pamela Schuller, Marie Gaudet & Brenda Nieves.
